[fodDB 2011] Jerseys & Accessoires

This topic will be dedicated to team jerseys and accessoires.
If you've made or found a jersey that's currently missing, post it here. If you're the shirtmaker, please do make a pack with accessoires (arm- and legwarmers, transferts, helmet, gloves, socks, bottle) and use the team codes from the Team list for the file names - that will make the DB more complete and save others a lot of work.

I'll regularly update this first post with links to the finished jerseypacks.

Pas_matisse from PCM Benelux forum has created some nice looking shirts for about 40 teams and I already used most of them. I'm pleased to tell you he gave his OK to use them in our little project

I like that.
But did Pas_Matisse include champion's jerseys for all those teams? I didn't think so.
Also, most of his creations are conversions. While they are very, very good, they're sometimes not as good as jerseys made from scratch (look at his Farnese - Neri jersey, for instance).
Just trying to defend my position of official jersey-maker here...

Whenever you get the time, can you make a list of which jerseys you already have (with permission to use them)? And if you have anything else than the main jersey (champion's jerseys, accessoires, leader jerseys)?
Then I can concentrate on those you don't have... although I'll probably make some of the "bigger" teams in between too.

In any case, my next two projects will be Holy Brother Cycling Team and Saur - Sojasun.
And I hope you were so far-sighted that you got the permission to use any of his (Pas_Matisse's) future work, too.

Time for me to make some shirt again I'll do Moroc, I guess the jersey used for now is the old one I created some years ago, but that one is heavily outdated.

I guess there's also a jersey for the Russia national team in PCM10 to be converted?

The DataRo sisse posted seems to be the 2010 version, here's what I found on their website:

The Russian jersey, on the other hand, hasn't changed for many years. This is what they wore in the Tour of South Africa:

I can only assume that the Lokomotiv team wear the same when starting as a national selection.

The 2011 Moroccan jersey:

Eritrea is complicated.
I have this picture of Teklehaimanot in a mostly white jersey:

I can't remember what race that is, and it may even be some years old.

At the 2010 African Championships they wore this:


They same jersey was used at the 2011 Tropicale:


And at the 2011 Toscana Coppa delle Nazioni they wore this:


While I love the neon-yellow version, I think it was only used at this one race, so we should choose the more normal orange-blue-green jersey.

I adjusted the Holy Brother jersey. Before the font for the Holy Brother writing was close, but not quite correct; now it's 100% correct.

The link stays the same, but it has to be downloaded again of course.

Pls send me the extra pics for Moroc through pm, Fus.

I guess that the shirt for Eritrea used now in the db is close or the same as the shirt used in races like the Tropicale, so there's no need for an update.

Can you search pics for Chile and Burkina Faso too to see if they're still the same or close to my jerseys of some years ago?

I know for a fact that the Chilean jersey is different, as they had a different jersey at last year's track worlds.
I'll look for pictures later.

Burkina Faso suffers from the same problem as many "exotic" teams: The races they do aren't covered that well, often have no website. It's difficult to find good pictures.

Another small correction was needed.
But now that one should be finished.

I've made two jerseys for Cuba: In the 2010 Vuelta a Cuba they used the one called "Cuba 2010". But since then they have only ridden in the one called "Cuba 2011".
I'd prefer to see the 2011 jersey in the DB (realism is what we strive for), but I've made the 2010 version if someone finds the 2011 jersey too bland - or likes the Coca-Cola-like writing.
